Admission Procedure

Eligibility criteria

Class Age
LKG 3+ years
UKG 4+ years
Class I 5+ years
Class II 6+ years
Class III 7+ years
Class IV 8+ years
Class V 9+ years

For admission to other Classes, the child should have successfully completed the previous level of study.

Admission Criteria

Admission is based on the performance in the Interaction/internal exams. However, admission shall primarily depend on the availability of seats.

Procurement of Prospectus 

Prospectus can be procured ONLINE from the school website (click download E-prospectus) or from the school.

Office Hours 

School Office shall remain closed on all Sundays & Public Holidays. Fee shall be accepted between 9.30 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. on all Weekdays & 9.30 a.m. to 12.00 noon on Saturdays.

Submission of Registration/Application form 

The Registration form/ application form shall be submitted along with the following list of documents:

Please note that Incomplete form will not be processed.

  • Recent Passport size photograph*
  • Copy of Birth Certificate*
  • Copy of Parent's Employment ID Card /Business Card*
  • Copy of Residential Proof*
  • Copy of Student Aadhaar Card*
  • Copy of Community Certificate (mandatory for communities other than OC)
  • Copy of Recent Report card/Mark statement/Equivalence Certificate
  • Copy of Medical Certificate / Doctor's prescription (For medical ailments, if any)
  • Copy of Passport, OCI/PIO Card with Visa (Applicable for foreign nationals only)

Mode of payment

Fee should be paid in Cash at school office only.

Uniform, Text Books and Note Books

Uniform, Text Books and Note Books details of Distribution Schedule will be intimated through SMS/E-mail or through notice in school office. In case of admission withdrawal, the fee paid towards Uniform & Books will not be refunded.

Cancellation of Admission

In case of cancellation of admission by the parent for whatsoever reason may be, the fee paid will not be refunded.

Procurement of Registration / Application form 

Currently the registration / application form can be procured from the school by paying a non-refundable fee. Registration Form is non-transferable. However, the mere issue of Registration Form does not guarantee admission.

Payment of School Fee & Other Details

School Fee should be paid within 7 working days from the date of admission confirmation. Admission stands cancelled for applicants who fail to pay the fee on the stipulated date. No further enquiry or request in this matter shall be appreciated.
